Concept: "Marketplace owned by sellers"
The main idea is to create a cooperative platform where sellers are not tenants of the site, but accomplices and owners.
There are three possible structure options:

• The consumer cooperative of sellers unites participants on the basis of mutual contributions, profits are redistributed in proportion to sales volumes.
• Investment fund (mutual fund / closed—end fund) - a legal entity is created where sellers invest, the fund rents warehouses, develops infrastructure and software.
• Joint—stock companies with tokenization of shares - shares can be digital tokens, which provides transparency, liquidity and the ability to trade shares on an internal platform.

The financial model
To motivate sellers to participate:

• Each shareholder receives a discount on services (fulfillment, storage, delivery).
• Dividends are based on the results of the year, in proportion to the volume of sales.
• You can provide “internal tokens” for payments and bonuses (for example, 1 token = 1 ruble discount on cooperative services).
• Create a flexible contribution: a minimum contribution (for example, 50-100 thousand rubles) gives access to basic services.
